These New Ring Smart Home Sensors Were Shown Off at CES 2026

These new Ring smart home sensors were announced by the Amazon-owned brand at CES 2026 as a series of smart tech products perfect for enhancing consumer capabilities. The sensors come in three categories including Security that covers door and window sensors, motion detectors and glass break sensors, while the Safety layer boasts flood and freeze sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, sump pump monitors and air quality monitors. Finally, the Control category features smart plugs, light remotes, fan controls and light switches.

The new Ring smart home sensors will make their debut for purchase in March 2026 and also incorporates battery-powered capabilities to help users enjoy peace of mind that they will stay functional during power outages. The sensors are slated to receive a global launch later this year.
