Stouffer's recently introduced its Simply Crafted line of family-sized meals made with non-GMO and organic ingredients.
The first two products to be launched under the Simply Crafted range include Spicy Pomodoro Penne and White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, both of which are free from preservatives and make quick, easy and better-for-you options for weeknight meals.
Preparing either frozen pasta meal from the Simply Crafted line is as easy as heating up the tray in the microwave or the conventional oven, a process which takes roughly 20 minutes, including cooling time. While many consumers have come to see items from the frozen food category as unhealthy, a number of brands are working to reshape the perceptions consumers have of heat-and-eat meals.
