Meta has launched the 'silent message' and '@everyone' features for its 'Messenger' application formerly known as 'Facebook Messenger.' The silent message feature allows users to send a text message to any conversation, whether a group chat or a one-on-one chat, without sending a notification. To do this, users must simply write '@Silent' before sending a message. Doing this will ensure that no user in the conversation is notified of the message. This is a helpful feature if you need to message someone who is currently at work or in class, and a notification would disturb them.
