Signal 3.0 was recently released, and it now has support for iPad devices. Additionally, the update allows users to link a tablet as a device. Signal is a secure messaging app and the new update will allow users to access the platform across their various devices. Secure messaging could become more popular as platforms like Signal continue to improve. If consumers can access the messaging features they are used to, they may choose messaging platforms based on privacy concerns.
Signal 3.0 also now has integrated support for video trimming. This makes it easy for users to share videos on the platform. Other new features include group chat calling, and support for more languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Ukrainian, Urdu as well as Vietnamese.
