With the rise in popularity of poke dishes across North America, Pokeworks -- the leading poke franchise -- expanded its product range with the introduction of the all-new Sichuan Bowl. The Sichuan Bowl is flavor-packed and spice-centric and boasts a house-made sauce made with red chili peppers, honey-infused soy, and peppercorns. The bowl is then topped with spicy crushed peanuts that balance the dish's flavor profile to create a unique and unprecedented paletted experience.
