Porcelanosa, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of luxury tile, kitchen and bath products recently introduced a virtual showroom assistant to offer an enhanced in-store experience for shoppers.
ISA, or the Intelligent Surface Assistant, was created by CuldeSac as a high-tech, integrated solution for Porcelanosa's showroom. The smart assistant boasts the ability to guide visitors through the space and even record their preferences. As they move about the showroom space, people are able to receive additional information about the displays that they see by interacting with the totems placed next to the shown materials.
As well as helping to serve customers by remembering their unique personal preferences, the Intelligent Surface Assistant uses the data it collects to equip the user and sales teams with beneficial customer information.
