Tender Greens is gearing up for spring with several new seasonal specials, including its new Short Rib dinner.
Tender Greens is known for elevating classic comfort food and its new Shor Rib dinner is no exception. The new Short Rub dish consists of beef that's been slow-cooked in red wine and aromatics, then paired with mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, pumpkin seed gremolata, and grilled sourdough toast.
In addition to the new Short Rib dish, Tender Greens has also debuted a few other seasonal dishes. The brand has added a new Harvest Chicken Salad to its lunch menu, which features savory salt and pepper chicken, ricotta cheese, radicchio, caramelized onions, tangy local citrus, fresh strawberries, and crunchy almonds. Another new addition is the Chicken Tortilla Soup, which features slow-cooked chicken and roasted tomatoes in an ancho chili broth.
All of these spring dishes are available now for a limited time.
