Tender Greens recently debuted a new menu with three dishes inspired by rich culinary regions. Each dish highlights a different cooking style, while making use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. The first of these dishes is the Portofino Bowl, which is inspired by the Italian coast and features ingredients like pasta pearls, heirloom tomatoes, and pesto. Next up is the North African-inspired Happier Vegan Bowl, featuring white hummus, farro, and harissa sauce. Lastly, the Thai Bowl boasts coconut sushi rice, green papaya, cabbage, and more tasty Thai ingredients.
