Those who attend this year's Consumer Electronics Show can expect to see countless robotic innovations, including ShopPal, a shopping companion that automatically follows users.
The ShopPal boasts a form with colorful LED eyes, plus gilded ears and arms that give the robot a friendly quality. With the touch of a button, users may initiate ShopPal's auto-follow mode and when necessary, resort to using the bot's handle for manual support.
To begin using the robot, users are able to scan the QR code on top of the bot and begin making the most of features like voice control, electronically locked storage compartments and on-the-go mobile charging. The ShopPal is just one of the many robot products that coming out of CES 2019 that has the potential to add value to everything from malls and hotels to theme parks and airports.
