Bruzkus Greenberg Designed the Shared Amenity Spaces at C1

— June 1, 2026 — Art & Design
The architecture and interior design firm Bruzkus Greenberg has completed the shared amenity spaces at C1 — an office building located at Berlin Alexanderplatz. As part of this project, the studio created approximately 1,600 square meters of communal areas that blend hospitality, residential, and workplace design principles across two lower levels beneath six floors of conventional office space.

The shared amenity spaces at C1 dedicate entire floors to spaces that function as a 'third place' for tenants. The design venture offers a library, café, bar, cinema, conference facilities, a gym, a yoga room, and tiered arena seating that steps down to a courtyard connecting the ground floor to lower levels. The design deliberately avoids the aesthetic of a single furniture catalogue by combining bespoke sofas and tables designed by Bruzkus Greenberg with curated vintage pieces and less-common off-the-shelf products.
