For ten dazzling weeks, a Selfridge's x Mexico collaboration will see the transformation of the department store's dining halls and restaurants into fiesta-ready spaces.

Selfridge's will be hosting a myriad of events over the ten-week period, ranging from restaurant takeovers by prominent Mexican chefs to taco stands in the retail
The Selfridge's x Mexico event will also boast a Mexican chili wall, an artisan dairy making day featuring authentic Mexican cheese and will play host to chefs on hand in the food hall educating consumers on the best use for some of the country's regional products.

2015 is the Year of Mexico in Britain, a dual year celebration between governments and tourism boards that was conceived in order to encourage business, travel and cooperation between the two countries. Similarly, it is the Year of Britain in Mexico.
