'Taste of Mexico' Returns to W Toronto for Cinco de Mayo

'Taste of Mexico' returns to W Toronto’s Skylight Rooftop on Saturday, May 3, for a one-night-only culinary celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Now in its second year, the event offers an immersive tribute to the flavors, textures, and traditions of Mexican cuisine, brought to life by a distinguished lineup of culinary talent.

The tasting experience will feature Executive Chef Olivier Le Calvez and Mixologist Horacio Aguilar of W Toronto, joined by Chef Jose Matamoros of Baro, Chef Viridiana Cano of Puerto Bravo, and Erik Lerch of Mother Cocktail Bar. Each will present a modern interpretation of classic Mexican dishes and cocktails in an elevated rooftop setting.

Guests unable to attend on May 3 can enjoy select dishes and drinks at The Living Room on May 4–5, and at Skylight on May 7–8, continuing W Toronto’s celebration of cultural expression through culinary artistry.
