This unique form of breakfast innovation combines the Millennial generation's love for selfies and convenient on-the-go meal options. As food truck dining experiences continue to satisfy consumers, the Pancake Selfie Express reaches an entirely new status through personalized dishes. The truck works by allowing consumers to snap a quick picture of themselves using the truck's software, which is immediately sent to the printing device and a selfie-topped pancake is produced.
This playful breakfast-ready truck will be stopping on nine cities, including major ones like: Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. This creative breakfast and publicity strategy combines social media, travel accommodations and the most important meal of the day.
