The villa would be completely prefabricated and would be transportable within a regular shipping container once disassembled. The building materials used would be the likes of strong fiberglass as well as reliable marine-grade aluminum.

While SeaScape will not be equipped with a whole array of green features, users will have the option to install solar panels and other elements to make it more eco-friendly. The focus on this villa is in the opulence and the rare pleasure of enjoying luxury on floating waters.
