Felman Achitecture group created the Sausalito Outlook, a contemporary home that looks out on the beautiful San Francisco bay. The designers took an outdated 70s home and transformed it into this modern and sophisticated abode. The 1,000-square-foot floor plan features an open layout with floor-to-ceiling glass walls showing the expansive view of the bay from every room. Featuring a media room, library, four bedrooms, a gym and a large outdoor patio, this house is a refreshing oasis to escape from the bustling city.
The owners teamed up with the designers to create personal touches throughout the entire house that make the large space seem more comfortable. The Sausalito Outlook mixes contemporary design with timeless features, making it a homey destination.
