SAIKAI is a concept brand that was created by design students Emma Waleij, Hanna Simu, Alma Lindstrom and Maja Ahlund, and it features both an endearing design and a practical function.

The SAIKAI packaging is hexagonal in shape, and features structured slats in which the cookies it contains can be placed. The modular shape of the box allows it to be folded out, letting those who purchase it use the box as a serving tray in addition to a product that holds cookies.

The students also created concept hexagonal packaging for teas, which open horizontally to reveal compartments that can hold tea bags – with the attractive visuals of the box making it ideal to keep in the home and reuse.
