A team of innovators over at Indian company Leaf Wearables came up with an innovative smart jewelry product that doesn't just give women a unique style piece, but more importantly, could help save their lives in dangerous situations.
The Safer Pro jewelry comes equipped with a special tracker and silently sends an alert to women's well-wishers when triggered by the wearer. The jewelry is embedded with a chip which, when pressed twice, sends a notification to well-wishers along with information about the wearer's location. It also shares the wearer's live location.
Available for only $28.50, the Safer Pro smart jewelry is a product that is designed to help women respond to potential cases of assault in a proactive manner while keeping their loved ones in the loop.
