Fashion photographer Ryan Yoon's latest shoot features some of the industry's hottest models in some of the world's most unusual outfits.
In the premiere edition of New York-based print magazine Virgine, Ryan Yoon teams up with supermodels Cintia Dicker, Valeria Dmitrienko, Annabelle Tsaboukas, Dani, Isabelle Sonnenschein, Valerie Avdeyeva and Anett Griffe and dresses them in a collection of strange yet intriguing outfits, including dresses made entirely of Coke cans, iPads, M&Ms and Tide boxes.
The Ryan Yoon Virgine shoot stands out for its original concept and ridiculous, surrealist imagery. While most of the photos give off a cool, avant-garde aesthetic, some are unusual to the point of being jarring. The model surrounded by a bunch of different (and small) dogs is both gorgeous and frightening. Nevertheless, the concept is sure to draw interest to Virginie magazine when it hits newsstands in June 2011.
