Known for his series where kids are depicted as elders or badass figures, DeLone plays with concepts such as the grotesque, surreal, strange and bizarre to generate a wide range of emotional reactions from audiences.
Headwear consists of a collection of images that display a subject (either a child or an adult) wearing an unconventional hair accessories. From underwear to flamboyant bows, these headpieces are the protagonists of the shoot. Additionally, the gloomy tonality of the images and the tragic faces of the models make these images look like they are taken from a horror movie.
