The artist Jasper Joffe is known for using satire and shock value context in his artwork.
His latest exhibition explores the question: "Does The Royal Family Like Pornography?" Hmm good question anyhow the answer is probably as obscure as the intension, which is clever in itself. Compromising content always works.
This show is on at The Sartorial Contemporary Art Gallery and whatever the intension is, contrasting grand paintings of people acting out sexual fantasies with portraits of the Royal Family surely makes you regard pornography in a new light - which is the exact reaction the artist wanted to evoke, he explains in an interview by Dazed Digital:
