Romex is an innovative new smartphone that is designed to make it easier than ever for drivers to avoid the scourge of texting while driving, something that is becoming an increasingly common cause of very severe accidents on the road.
This particular app works in conjunction with your smartphone's GPS system, and uses to ascertain the speed that the vehicle is moving at. If the vehicle is detected to be moving faster than 6.5 km/, the Romex app will automatically lock the device, making texting while driving all but impossible.
The app is currently already in use by companies to ensure that their drivers are kept safe at all times, but is now being introduced for use by the general public, something that will help prevent texting while driving and save lives as a result.
