22 Ritz-Carlton hotels participated in the challenge and the winning cake that will now become a signature dessert for the brand was revealed earlier this month.

The cake uses classic, but easily-accessible ingredients to celebrate the history of Ritz-Carlton. This includes decadent dark chocolate and orange, delivering a balance of sweet and citrusy flavors, literally providing a taste of the brand's excellence. The new signature cake is now available at all Ritz-Carlton hotels and comes beautifully packaged, should patrons want to give the cake as a gift.
