Smoky Fruit-Forward Spirits

The Ritual Sister Smoked Pineapple spirits is a premium product for avid cocktail connoisseurs seeking out a way to enhance their favorite cocktails or simply try out an unexpectedly flavorful sipper. The spirit was achieved by the Matchbook Distilling Co. by taking two tons of pineapples and smoking them in a pit before fermenting them in bins with just a touch of Champagne Yeast. After being left to sit for three weeks, the pineapples were then pressed with the juice placed in a copper pot column still for the final step in making the spirit seen here.

The Ritual Sister Smoked Pineapple spirits is reported to have the flavor of roasted pineapple with smoke and earthiness that will come through perfectly when enjoyed on its own or in a cocktail.
