Premium Smoked Tequilas

Luxco's Cortada Expression Combines Flavorul Notes & Expert Craftsmanship

Luxco has introduced Cortada, a new line of premium smoked tequilas that blends traditional craftsmanship with subtle smoky notes. Developed by fourth-generation Master Distiller Graciela Gonzalez, the brand revives a family recipe using hand-selected Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, Mexico, which is slow-smoked with Mexican oak and mesquite wood after cooking.

Luxco's premium smoked tequila is available in Blanco and Reposado expressions. The former presents bright agave sweetness with a smoky finish, while the latter, which is aged in bourbon barrels, delivers deeper notes of dark chocolate, clove, and spice.

The Cortada expression will initially launch in Denver with nationwide availability via Shared Pour’s e-commerce platform. The smoked tequila is positioned as a versatile spirit for both sipping and cocktails, including smoky twists on classics like margaritas and Old Fashioneds.
