RifRaf Ricotta Cups are being introduced as products that are somewhere in between a yogurt and a cottage cheese, but just as versatile as both; RifRaf Ricotta Cups are offered in flavors like Meyer Lemon and Wildflower honey, as well as savory Serrano Pepper Honey and Sun-Dried Tomato. Since there are jams, honeys and sauces that accent the flavors of the ricotta, the product packaging boasts a dual compartment system to keep the contents separated.

The whole milk ricotta used in the cups is made from the milk of grass-fed cows and takes the form of a lightly cultured dairy product.
