This Aluminum-Ribbed Coffee Pot Boasts an Hourglass Silhouette

Italian designer Michele De Lucchi designed this aluminium-ribbed coffee pot that provides a sleek and interesting aesthetic value. The hourglass-shaped pot is comprised of two separate balls connected with metal rings.

The sleek aluminum canister features an oversized L-shaped handle, a beak-like pour spout and a convenient flip-open lip. The handle comes in two colors of either red or black. There will be three variations of this elegant pot, which include a one-cup, a three-cup and a six-cup version.

This post-modern kitchen aid is ideal for sophisticated coffee-lovers but can also be a beautiful accessory in any kitchen. The ribbed coffee maker was created for the Alessi brand and was given the name Pulcina, which reflects its shape. The Pulcina is set to launch during the London Design Festival 2015.
