Aldo Rossi Designs the Contemporary Cupola Espresso Maker

— April 5, 2025 — Lifestyle
Milan-based architect Aldo Rossi creates the La Cupola espresso coffee maker with a modern touch. One of the most notable features is that La Cupola is updated to be compatible with induction hubs. The handle and the knob are sleek and come in a customized selection. Users can choose between black or the original signature blue color.

The La Cupola coffee maker has always been a captivating design with its architectural structure. This is directly inspired by the designer's own interpretation: “For me, the coffee maker is a type of construction: it is a dome supported by a cylinder with certain mouldings, more or less functional and decorative – but it is a precise architecture.”
