Neiman Marcus Improves Shopper Experience with Integrated Technology

Specialty department store Neiman Marcus partnered with T1Visions to introduce a series of interactive retail tables at the Austin, Chicago, and Topanga locations.

Integrating technology to enhance in-store experience isn't a new concept for the luxury retailer. Earlier this year, Neiman Marcus launched digital mirrors that allowed consumers the ability to look at multiple different outfit options. This time around, the store has opted for tables featuring an Ultra HD 4k touchscreen powered by T1Visions.

The OneShop application allows consumers to browse through the store's inventory, showcasing what's available (and what's not) at that particular location. For the sake of convenience and efficiency, shoppers are able to organize items into their 'My Favorite for Wishlist,' which will later be e-mailed to them for review.
