The partners are introducing the first dynamic resistance virtual reality workouts across United States gyms and the experience fuses exercise with video gaming. Gym-goers are equipped with a VR headset and invited into a private 10-foot-by-10-foot space—which is ideal for moving freely in a way that's compliant with social distancing.

The dynamic workout experience includes other wearables that are used for tracking hand and body motions, and keeping tabs on a user's heart and metabolic rates. The entertaining yet challenging experiences are designed to build muscles, strength and cardiovascular endurance and decrease body fat.
