Mattias Gollin Introduces the Dynamic Replica Suit

— January 22, 2025 — Art & Design
Italian designer Mattias Gollin has presented a look at yet another captivating design in the form of the Replica Suit. It is a one-of-one design and is crafted from 50 studded and textural belts -- it boasts an illuminated look and these are collected from the Los Angeles' Hollywood Trading Company.

The design embraces a rockstar energy and the inspiration is drawn from Maison Margiela's Fall 2012 collaboration with H&M. The duo featured a lot of re-editions of the fashion house's most notable silhouettes. The Replica Suit has been made from vintage relics as the belt sources are impressive and a part of an archive of vintage American leather accessories. It features intricate details with studs, palettes, and buckles.
