These recycled circuit board jewelry pieces are designed by Amanda Preske for her etsy shop 'Circuit Board Labs.'
The pieces are made with recycled circuit boards from a variety of devices including computers, cell phones, calculators, monitors and office telephones -- all of which would have ended up in a landfill if not for the artist. She makes necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings that come in different colors and each show off the intricate details of the circuit boards that were used to create them.
In a world where technology cannot be escaped, technological waste continues to grow. With the help of projects such as this one, consumers are beginning to understand the need for technological waste to be repurposed in a way that is useful.
