This charming Melbourne eatery serves up a variety of vegan, paleo, organic and raw desserts in a stylish modern rustic setting. Designed by StudioY, the raw dessert bar is characterized by sleek man made steel white trees and a wall of antiquated shipping crates. Tables that fold down from the wall of shipping crates are complemented with bright blue stools topped with seating pads made from vintage burlap coffee sacks.
Armed with an industrial La Marzocco espresso machine, Melbourne's Raw Trader is also decorated with a host of charismatic terrariums in mismatched glass bowls.
