Social Media Troubleshoot Features

Instagram Launched the Rage Shake Feature to Report App Issues

Instagram updated its offerings to include the Rage Shake feature. The new option allows users to report any issues they encounter while using the app without tapping any buttons. Instagram users can literally shake their phones to access the new feature, which activates a troubleshoot report recognition.

Once the phone is shaken while using the platform, a pop-up screen emerges with prompt questions. Users are asked if something went wrong. From there, the issue is filed through the app and taken into consideration. The Rage Shake feature is available to people using either Android or iOS. The goal is to streamline the troubleshooting process, making it easy and straightforward for Instagram users to report any problems.
