Chipotle recently announced the debut of an exciting new menu item dubbed the 'Quesabrisket."
As you might have guessed from the name, the Quesabrisket is a cross between a quesadilla and brisket. More specifically, the dish consists of a Smoked Brisket Quesadilla paired with a trio of dipping sauces: Queso Blanco, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, and Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa. The brand is encouraging fans to try mixing the Queso Blanco and Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa to create its latest menu hack, Spicy Queso. The new Spicy Queso dip boasts a bold and intense heat that pairs perfectly with the Quesabrisket.
The new Quesabrisket is available exclusively through the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com for a just a limited time now through October 31, 2021.
