In order to boost its mobile offerings, QVC is now introducing consumers to the 'Q Anytime' mobile app, which lets users tune into live and on-demand videos, as well as make purchases directly via the app. The videos span between five to eight minutes and are updated every few hours, allowing consumers to shop with a tap or simply get more information about a showcased product with ease.
Engaging with the app by liking videos gives consumers the chance to see their personal feed customized. Since a high percentage of QVC sales are made online and via mobile, the new Q Anytime app helps consumers to keep up to date with the newest releases and shop effectively.
QVC's Q Anytime is part of a greater rebranding strategy; according to VP of brand strategy Susan Ripke, "our flagship QVC mobile app features bold, square modules and horizontal scrolling for binge-worthy video.”
