Apple recently made some changes to its App Store Review guiles, and it will now let apps send push notification ads to iPhone users. However, users will only be sent push notification ads for apps that have received permission from the user. This means that people will have complete control over the push notifications they receive.
The updates to the App Store will allow mobile advertisers to have an increased ability to target their ads.
Other updates to the App store will require developers that use a third-party app for logins to offer a 'Sign In With Apple' option. Developers have until April 30th to comply, and the new sign-in options will offer a more secure authentication.
