A new range of PureCircle ice creams have been unveiled by the Chicago-based brand to offer consumers an alternative frozen treat that is free from unwanted added ingredients.
Sweetened with stevia, the ice cream contains no added sugar to achieve a clean flavor that is as sugar-like as possible without actually using the ingredient. This helps to reduce the carbohydrates and calories in the dessert without the need for artificial sweeteners.
PureCircle CEO Maga Malsagov spoke on the new ice creams saying, "We have worked hard to develop and commercialize our next-generation stevia leaf sweeteners. To demonstrate our confidence in their great taste, we are putting our name on this delicious ice cream. We hope folks in Chicago will drop by a PureCircle ice cream truck to taste our new ice cream and to savour what our next-generation stevia can do in food and beverage products.”
