Featuring what the collaborators describe as the world's largest digital lifeguard, this cutting-edge campaign utilizes a massive 25 m x 31 m curved digital display to project 3D anamorphic videos of an oversized lifeguard character that delivers real-time safety alerts based on current ocean conditions.
The innovative public safety initiative dynamically adjusts its warnings according to live environmental data that includes considerations like wave height and weather patterns. It communicates different levels of beach restrictions when necessary while maintaining a visually engaging presence during safe conditions.
This creative approach to public safety communication was developed in response to the challenges faced by Haeundae Beach, which sees up to 250,000 daily visitors during peak season.
