This Building Has Public Artwork on the Underside of Balconies

Located in the Wynwood Arts District, this new building, designs and built by architecture firm DFA, is outfitted with a permanent public artwork focus. To help complement the district and provide stimulation for those that pass by, the building features artwork emblazoned onto the underside of the balconies and awnings. This enables residents of the community to look up and focus on the public artwork rather than the newly established building.

With each floor of the new development painted by different commissioned artists, the building is able to become a deeply personalized part of the community right from the start.
