Casablanca Market's Moroccan Preserved Lemons are prepared with traditional, indigenous lemons that are grown in Taroudant, Southern Morocco. These lemons can be added to everything from sauces and salads to sandwiches and cocktails, according to the company. Just three simple ingredients go into the making of the product: Beldi lemons, water and salt.

Casablanca Market is a company owned by women that is on a mission to empower female artisans by providing living wages and economic opportunities. In all, Casablanca Market sells a variety of decor, furniture and fashion, noting that "80% of our goods are handmade by women."

Alongside showing its Moroccan Preserved Lemons at the Winter Fancy Food Show, Casablanca Market also shared some of its other food offerings, including harissa and purple olives.
