Spotify has announced that it will extend its Premium Duo plan into 14 new countries. Premium Duo is a Spotify plan that follows a two-person subscription model, which was created for couples and roommates. Most of the countries that can now access the plan are located in Latin America.
The two-person subscription plat was already available in Denmark, Ireland, and Poland. The European version of the plan was priced at €12.49 per month, which is only slightly more expensive than the one person €9.99 a month plan. Spotify's Premium Duo plan also comes with two features. The first is Duo Mix and it is a playlist that is created from the listening history of both people. The second is Duo Hub, and it makes it easier to manage the two accounts in one place.
