This fall, fast food brand Pollo Tropical is bringing the heat with the debut of its new Poyo Poyo BBQ Wings. Available from participating locations, the spicy dish will also be accompanied by a new platter called the Grillmaster Trio.
To create its new Poyo Poyo BBQ Wings, Pollo Tropical takes 24-hour citrus-marinated Chicken Wings and then tosses them in a hybrid BBQ sauce. The new sauce is made from a combination of the chain’s popular Spicy Poyo Poyo and BBQ sauces. The wings are available in a 25-piece platter or as part of a five-piece combo.
If you're looking for even more meat, Pollo Tropical is also serving a new Grillmaster Trio, which features three different types of meat: Churrasco Steak with Chimichurri, Citrus-Marinated Chicken, and Fire-Grilled Chicken Sausage.
