Poco Bristol is a Restaurant Offering Seasonal and Sustainable Food
Social Business Editor — May 28, 2014 — Social Good
Founded by popular eco chef Tom Hunt as well as Jen Best and Ben Pryor, Poco Bristol is an ethical restaurant that has been recognized as such by the Observer Food Monthly Awards (OFMA). Some of their classic dishes include squid, pork belly with fennel and Spanish tortilla.
As a sustainable restaurant, their ingredients are, as much as possible, local, fair trade and organic. They also attempt to create the least amount of waste through a 'Weight the Waste' system and always make an effort to reduce it. Poco Bristol also partners with social enterprise Forgotten Feast (founded by Tom Hunt) for programming.
