If you're familiar with the iconic Japanese cookie snack Pocky then you'll love this at home Pocky recipe that teaches you how to make the delicious chocolate-dipped cookie sticks right at home.

These homemade Pocky treats are a great snack to have on hand while watching movies or when you're looking for something sweet to eat. The small and slender size of these cookies means they're better for you than the average cookie -- but they're so small you might want to eat several! To make them begin by whipping up a dough with egg, sugar, flour and almond extract. Put the dough into a pipping bag and pipe out six inch long sticks. Bake them in the oven and once they're cooled you can dip them into chocolate or any other fun flavor.
