Kite Hill's Plant-Based Sour Cream is Made with an Almond & Coconut Base

While there are tons of different dairy-free dips, spreads and condiments that can be used in place of their dairy counterparts, plant-based sour cream remains difficult to find. Fortunately, Kite Hill is lanching a rich and creamy Sour Cream of its own that's made with a base of almond milk and coconut oil, plus rice starch, coconut milk and chickpea protein, plus a few other key ingredients.

The plant-based, dairy-free sour cream has the potential to be enjoyed as usual over everything from tacos to baked potatoes, all without soy, gluten, artificial preservatives and flavors or sugar. Traditional sour cream is recognized as a dairy food that's high in fat and Kite Hill's vegan-friendly take on the popular product boasts 50 calories per each two-tablespoon serving.
