The residential building will have a unique flared design and will feature high end furnishings in the upscale neighborhood of Tribeca, New York. The building will have an 150 exclusive units that will double as a unique plane membership to an on-demand private jet and helicopter service.

Residents at 111 Murray Street will receive a 'SkyCard' with which they will be entitled to a certain number of hours on a BlueStar jet. SkyCard members will be able to choose from BlueStar's 13,500 private planes or helicopters that will be arranged by the building's concierge. With the touch of a button and an exclusive airplane membership, residents can book a trip to any destination across the world.
