Before 2014, Pizza Hut went through four logo changes in 15 years, making it unsurprising that yet another Pizza Hut rebranding effort took place recently. The new logo features a swirl of tomato sauce.
While the color red has been synonymous with the Pizza Hut brand, their rebranding means pretty much everything other than the logo -- the website, the app and the pizza boxes -- are now predominantly black. The website looks a lot better now, with colorful pictures of food standing out deliciously against the elegant charcoal black background.
This Pizza Hut rebranding is thought to be inspired by the humble dark pizza pan, although some observers also believe the use of charcoal black is intended to mimic fancier dining establishments.
