On their own, Pixel Block Chocolate looks pretty cool. But for designer Tithi Kutchamuch, that just wasn't enough. The chocolates also serve a social message. Specifically, consumers must pay more to get less, which is a contrarian message to most of our society. The missing pixels are the art you're paying for.
The message itself isn't incredibly powerful, but the desing is certainly worth paying for... So I suppose the designer's point gets made.
