Instagram Allow Users to Add Music to Photo Carousels

Instagram is rolling out a new feature to allow users to add music to their photo carousels. This way, it captures a unique aesthetic to match the shared series of images. In addition to this, the social platform will also be launching 'Collabs' to allow up to three co-authors for feed posts, reels, or carousels.

When it is accepted, the content will be rolled out to the audience of all users involved and featured on all of their feeds. The social platform explains that “You’ll get notified if a creator chooses your reel as one of their favorites, and others on Instagram can watch your submission when tapping on the ‘Add Yours’ sticker if your account is public."
