Pernod Ricard's Opn device turns any household bar into a laboratory worthy of the top mixologists in the world. That's because the drinks that the app-connected cocktail library can mix up were created in collaboration with professional bartenders and mixologists on the cutting edge of high-end drinking.

There are three parts to Pernod Ricard's Opn: the cartridges, the tray, and the app. The cartridge and the tray are the hardware of the device, with cartridges holding standard, 700 milliliter tanks of spirits and the tray acting as the smart housing for those cartridges. The tray can connect to the Opn app, and users can take control of it through their smartphones. The app comes with a database of over 300 cocktail recipes designed by top mixologists.
